If there is no clattering sound from the oil pump, check the electrical circuit of the oil pump. If there is no smoke, check the spark plug for carbon deposits.When our warm air heater malfunctions, your first thing to check is:1、 The key is the fuel, whether there is moisture or wax in the fuel, whether the volatilization net is blocked at the fuel injection port, and whether the oil circuit is unobstructed!Do not use non-standard oil, as it can affect the normal combustion of the machine and may also block the oil pump. The failure to ignite, stall, smoke, and low temperature of the diesel heater are all closely related to the oil circuit. It may be due to the oil product or the presence of bubbles or twists in the oil circuit.2、 Check if the oil pump is working. The clattering sound of the oil pump does not mean that it is good. Even if it is working, whether the fuel injection is good or not, whether the fuel injection quantity is acceptable, and whether the connection between the oil tank and the oil pipe joint and the oil leakage net is blocked by wax, which can cause a small amount of oil to cause combustion and ignition. Do not change the oil pump arbitrarily, as a low flow rate can cause combustion and ignition failure, while a high flow rate can cause smoke and oil dripping.3、 Check if there are any foreign objects in the air inlet pipe of the heater, such as a leaf or plastic film being sucked in, which may block the air inlet and cause the fire to break. Clean it up.4、 Another issue is that when our heater encounters diesel quality problems, it emits excessive smoke. After the smoke is emitted, the air inlet sucks in the smoke again, which can cause a misfire.
